Information for Vendors

Vendor Process:

  1. Apply to be a vendor (regristration closes 9/13)
  2. If accepted as a vendor, you will receive an email with payment instructions.

    Moosehaven will host the Senior Living and Wellness Expo in September. The event will feature businesses and service organizations providing information and services designed to meet the needs of active and engaged seniors.

    This is a free event for senior members of area communities and their families to attend, and we look forward to a fantastic turnout.

    Please complete the registration form if you want to participate as a vendor. The vendor fee is only $50, including one 8’ table and two chairs. You will supply your displays, collaterals, promotional items, etc.

    Priority Passport Program
    Vendors are invited to participate in the Priority Passport Program. There is no entry fee for the program; however, if you decide to participate, you are committed to providing one Door Prize with a minimum value of $25.

    The program will provide attendees with a passport booklet and push them to the destinations (booths) of participating vendors to get their passports ‘stamped’ (please bring a stamp or sticker). This provides the vendor with an opportunity to promote their organization/business to the attendees.

    When attendees have their locations stamped, their name goes into the drawing for door prizes. We will hold door prize drawings throughout the day; attendees do not have to be present to win.
